How is a Maison Adamo bag made?

Each Maison Adamo bag is part of a collection designed for Maison Adamo and crafted in Italy from genuine washed calf leather.

Will my bag look exactly like the one in the photos?

Photography shows the model, design, and materials. Because each piece is crafted from natural, hand-finished leather, small variations in grain, texture, and patina are part of its individual character — no two bags are exactly alike.

How many of the same bag can I order?

Only one of each specific piece may be purchased per order. Different colours of the same model may be purchased in the same order.

What if a piece is currently unavailable?

If a piece is shown as unavailable, it cannot currently be ordered. Availability may change, so we invite you to check the collection again at a later date.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination and the delivery service selected at checkout — see Shipping & Returns for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Maison Adamo offers delivery to selected destinations worldwide. Availability depends on your destination — see Shipping & Returns for details.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Where applicable consumer law grants a statutory right of withdrawal, we honour it. To be eligible, the piece must be returned new, unworn and unused, and pass our Return Quality Control — see Shipping & Returns for the full policy, including return shipping.

Can I exchange my order for a different colour, variation, or model?

Yes. You may request a voluntary exchange for another colour, variation, or a different model. The original piece must be returned to us at your own expense and pass our Return Quality Control in its original, unworn and unused condition. Once approved, the amount already paid for the original product and its delivery is applied toward the replacement: if it costs the same and uses the same delivery method, you pay nothing further; if it costs more, you pay only the difference; if it costs less, we refund only the difference — see Shipping & Returns for details.
